this is from milwaukee,wisconsin my son went thru intersection just as it turned yellow. he was hit by a driver with a suspended license. the car was hit hard skidsmarks 48 ft. it was totaled and the signal pole fell on it also. he received ticket for failing to obey traffic signal,also a bill for the signal light pole. the other driver was coming off the freeway exit and said her light was green. she does not have a valid license. she is suing my son and my dad(vehicle in his name) no one is insured. what is the law for driving with invalid license and being involved in an accident?
