Accident in my company's car

I was involved in a car accident while driving a company car, I wasn't at fault, the other party left the scene of the accident. The police was called, and of course my company is aware of it. I developed some pain in my neck down to my lower back the next morning, I called my supervisor and told me to go to the doctor (their own doctors) to get examined, I did what he told me. I would like to know if I can sue my employer's insurance company for personal injury. Also, Do I have to see a different doctor for his/her opinion? Do I need a Lawyer?

My response:

You don't sue anyone. You can't. In this circumstance, your only option is Workers' Compensation.

Now, you could also make an "Uninsured Motorist" claim against your own auto insurance; however, every penny they pay you would have to be returned once you obtain a Workers' Compensation settlement. So, stick with WC.

Ok, I understand. Just one more detail, I drive for a living, I am covered by their insurance, Does this make a difference? if not, I'll just pursue WC.
