My daughter was killed on private property. The driver of the the pickup was 15. She had a alcohol level of .02. The vecicle they were in was the drivers uncle. He is saying he never gave them permission to have the truck but he did give the permission to have the truck to get firewood. He then went to bed and did not check on them again. My daughter was the only one killed out of the three girls. I want to know who is liable if it is proved that he is lying. My daughter was 18. I don't know if that makes any difference or not.
