Coming home tonight, I had to drive off the road in order to stop from sliding down the hill in front of my house into the neighbor's house. The result was damage to my bumper. The road had not bee treated by the town in any way, and the snow cause the accident. This is a know problem hill where we have reported at least one accident every year. Can a suit against the town be won, claiming that the town should have known to treat the road and failed to do so? (Mass.)

What is the cost to repair your damaged bumper and how much is your deductible for collision coverage?
