What is the name of your state? Texas
My son hit a car- not much damage. He was suppose to have been covered through his father but found out he wasn't. He is 17. To make a long story short. The other motorist is filing under her insurance (Geico) as uninsured. What is going to happen to him or I?

There is a good chance of fines and license suspension for your son, for driving without insurance, they will not care if you were aware of it or not, since that is your responsibility.

The other insurance company can file a lawsuit against you to recover the money they have to pay out for any damages to that person's car and any medical bills that might have resulted from the accident.
