Missouri. My car was totaled, my arm was broken, and the police reported that the other driver was at fault. The other driver's insurance paid for a rental for me to get to work, etc. but that only lasted 2 weeks, now they took the car back and I have no wheels to get to work, and they have sent no money in compensation for my car. What can I do?
