I was involved in a multi-car accident Jan 05 in GA, I found out that i have subrogation amount against me for $4775. However the car that it is for i did not hit. The representative is telling me whether i hit the car or not, by me not having insurance I'm liable for the damages. Is this legal? What can I do?

the insurance representative is blowing smoke. not having insurance does not make you at fault for an accident.
