You need to provide some more information. First you need to tell us the state in which the accident occurred. Were you an hourly employee and was the accident reported to the company at the time? If so did you seek medical treatment? Do you know if the company's insurance carrier was notified?

The accident occured in Arkansas, Yes I was hourly, and yes the company knew of the accident because ther was approximitly 40 employees there at the time. I was sent to the company Dr. because of chest pain coughing that eventually brought up a little blood. I was then sent to Little rock to a pulminary specialist in which he said I had Chemical indoust Asma, (sorry about the spelling). Inhalers were provided for my troubles and the dr. bills were of course on the company. Time went by with side effects getting colds and chest pains more often. I begain over looking the effects due to thinking they came with the territory. There were others at the plant that had same problems and saw the same Dr. and specialists. And no I have not had a chance to talk with any of them but plan on it to see if they are the same and how they are doing. I have been seeing a pulminary speaclist at the present time and he says that no dout the chemicals are the cause of my troubles. And I don't have any idea if the companies insurance company was notified but I figure they were due to several people going to the dr. for the same accident.

Contact the company. A workmens compensation case file on the incident should have been opened. Request that they have an insurance claims adjuster contact you. If they give you no satisfaction over the phone then send a demand letter CRRR and see what happens.
