Accidental Death

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California

PC 192 (c)(2): Vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, without intoxication.

If someone is charged with above; what the most probable penalty for the first time offence?

My response:

First time offence? How many offenses and instances of "manslaughter" does a person need before they go to prison? I love the phrasing of your question.

Let's put it this way - - probation and/or community service is not in this person's future.

My response:

How should I, or anyone, know "what he's going to get"? We're not mindreaders, fortune tellers, or soothsayers. We don't have "Crystal Balls". The type and amount of sentence is up to the judge, the D.A., and the Jury.

I already stated to you that "probation and/or community service is not in this person's future."
