Advice on car accident!?!?

What is the name of your state? GA

I own a 2005 Nissan Maxima and was actually waiting to go into the service registration area (garage) , parked by the way with two cars in front of me, and a woman in a Enterprise rented Dodge truck (woman had purchased insurance through Enterprise) backed into my car, just a simple question, aside from getting my car fixed should I contact a lawyer and get compensation equal to the dis-value of the car?
