Affect on spouse and operating under the influence

What is the name of your state?Maine
My husband was charged with and OUI in June of last year. Recently my auto insurance was dropped (they gave me until the beginning of March). His however remains unblemished. If he never drives my car, do I have to claim him on my plan? Is there any way, legally I can avoid having him on my plan, since he currently has auto insurance coverage of his own?

You can call your insurance co. to see if you can have him excluded. They may, or may not do this.
