I was recently involved in a 5 car accident on I-94 in Michigan. I was driving my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I rear-ended the car in front of me and the car behind me rear-ended me. My estimated speed upon hitting the car in front of me was 30mph and i estimate the car behind me was going around 30mph as well when he hit me. Neither of my airbags went off. Is there any legal action I can take for those airbags failing to go off. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You can do nothing. Auto manufacturers make no claims that airbags will go off in all accidents. Trying to mitigate the damages because of your negligence?
