two months ago our car was clearly the victim in a broadside accident which totaled our car. both us and the other driver had the same insurance company. payment was made to us for the totaled car, but expenses for injuries and pain and suffering are slow. since the same company is handling both cases, should we seek outside legal help with there lack of action? what should we expect as an approximate amount for pain and suffering here in alabama for a whiplash type injury? we are trying not to get taken by our insurance company!
