What is the name of your state? va well july will be two years since my car accident,police rule it a no fault accident.i sought out a lawyer who told me that it was my word against their word.and they said that unless i found a witness in which i have they could not help me. i am blind in one eye an take meds for migranes on a daily basis which my medical condition is why i think they didnt want to help me or were they right not to try and sue,it was a semi that hit me,i had just got the car didnt have insurance so im stuck or should i bring my witness forward,another thing my witness is the gentleman i was seeing who due to our jobs we could not come forward at first,things have changed job wise,would he count as a reliable witness he was right behind me when the accident happen and saw the whole thing.

I doubt your boyfriend would be considered an objective witness due to your prior relationship with him.
