Am I covered by Uninsured/underinsured motorist title?

What is the name of your state? Iowa

For my car accident, nobody hit us and we didn't hit others, either. We only have the limited liability for our car. I am the driver when the accident happened and my wife sat in the front seat. Adjustor tells me that ONLY my wife is covered under Uninsured/Underinsured title, while myself, as the driver is not covered at all.

My question: Am I covered or not? Is the adjustor right or not?
