Am I at fault to?

What is the name of your state? Delaware

I had a green light and proceeded into the intersection making a left. I looked both ways. No one was in the intersection when I proceeded into it. A young lady to my left ran the red light and tried to drive infront of me. Her insurance company is saying I am 10% at fault. Should I fight it ?How can this be if she ran the red light? This accident could have been avoided.

Let me guess, there are two lanes turning left.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Did the young lady's insurance company actually tell you the reason for the assessment of 10% was because you could have avoided the accident? I would suggest you obtain a copy of the police report and read it; also, speak with your insurance company about its evaluation of liability and, if possible, handle your damages through your insurance company.
