I live in Georgia. At the time of the accident I resided in Alabama. My ex boyfriend totalled my car. I had full coverage insurance, but there was a hidden clause. The insurance refused to pay which means that I'm stuck with paying off the car. My ex agreed to pay for the car. He stopped paying in Feb of 2000. My question is can I sue him for the unpaid balance and back pay?
