In August 1999 my whole family was involved in a car crash in South Africa. My wife was killed in the accident, and my children and I were seriously injured.
The person responsible for the accident is a American citizen.
I would like to know if it is possible to prosecute him under American law. Can he be trailed under civil or criminal law. What is my options.
