Please help. I just spoke with my attorney and am waiting on a check for the value of my car. I was promised the check by the end of last week. Apparently the case has been passed on to the third adjuster that has handled it so far. It now needs to be approved by this new adjuster before a check will be mailed out. In the meantime, I am wihout a vehicle and am required to go to physical therapy 3 times a week to treat my injuries caused by the accident. Furthermore, I was told to return the rental car last Tuesday. How am I suppsed to get to these appointments that I "have" to be at without a vehicle? What can I do?
