While residing in new York one day I recieved a letter from Albany stating that my license was being revoked for invovlment of a vehicle that was registered and supposingly insured but at the time of accident had no insurance. And that I was being fined. At the time I did not posses a drivers license and needless to say I did not own this car that was registered and not insured in my name. I went to dmv no information was released to me ecxept that the plates were turned in. I filed a complaint to field investigation office and thought the issue was resolved, but to date it has not been. I now reside in another state what can I do do I need legal help?
