Is an automobile on which my daughtor and I are co-owners vulnerable to attachment in a suit against her husband for injuries he caused in an automobile accident when he was uninsured? I reside in Texas, she in Tennessee. Car is titled in Tennessee.

(I bought the car for my daughter after her husband's accident, for which he was convicted for DWI and failure to have insurance. It currently has a lien but I plan to pay this off soon. My concern is whether this car, under Tennessee law could be taken from her in a personal injury suit brought by one of the people her husband injured.)
