I was involved in a 3 car accident 2 yrs ago. I was not at fault. While going northbound thru a green light I hit a car that blasted thru a red light. The car that ran the red light hit someone else first then both cars were pushed into my lane. I am now being sued from the other guy who was not at fault. My question is have my statute of limitations run out (2 yrs) for a countersuit? About 18 months ago I started having off & on numbness in 2 of my toes, saw my doc recently and she said it is either a slipped disc or pinched nerve. I am having an MRI done. If this is a slipped disc and I can prove this is a result of the accident do I have a claim here or just a frivolous lawsuit? Any input is appreciated. Thanks
