auto accident

What is the name of your state? Mississippi

A lady ran a stop sign and hit my 99 surburban. Her insurance company are giving me a hard time about a rental. They have supplied me with a mini van, but it is not as functional as my truck. Are they responsible for suppling me with an equivalent transportation? Also my truck has frame damage and I am scared it will not be safe for my family. Do I get to decide if I want it fixed?
