What is the name of your state? Nebraska

my son was involved in a serious accident where he was passing a tractor on a rural road at a driveway a tractor turned into him and he is now is critical condition....but the law says it was an improper pass....and he had no insurance can the guy on the tractor be sued or is he just at fault

Did you look this up or did the police tell you this or write this on a report? How was he passing the tractor, on the inside or outside lane? Was the tractor turning into the driveway and ran over your son. Was it a left or right turn. Was it a legal passing area for your son? More info would be helpfull.

If your son had the mandatory insurance he should have, you probably wouldn't be here asking about this. Not to seem cold hearted here, but when are people going to learn?
