| Auto Accident in 1994
Rhode Island is where accident was.
I was involved in a head-on collision Jan 14, 1994. The other driver was at fault. I was inquiring about the statue of limitations on something like this as I had to have neck surgery last year and was out of work for 3 months, also there are a lot of things I am limited to now, that I could do in the past. The pain I had before the surgery is something I just thought I would have to deal with being in an 80mph head on accident. Can someone let me know if there is anything I could do at this point. A friend of mine just said it can't hurt to try. |
