On Oct. 26, 2006 I was in a car accident, the other driver ran a red light, hit me and another car, the police claimed her being at fault. I did not go to hospital at the time of the accident but I went to my personal doctor the next day for back and neck pain. Took x-rays at the hospital but everything was fine, my back and neck are still soar at times and I am still taking muscle relaxers. My car had about $4500 in damages. I don't know how I should pursue the other insurance as for reimbursement of my deductible, medical expenses, etc. |
