My daughter was in a car accident no injuries and I would like to know how can I get the driver's insurance company to pay the hospital and ambulance bills?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

I understand ambulance bills and hospital bills but if there were no injuries, were these just the transport and check up fees?

If so, you submit the dispute to the other insurance company with paperwork indicating it was their insured's fault and go from there. Keep on top of it.
