we were hit by someone going through a red light adn was cited, he was working for a bank and was driving the banks van the bank is paying for everything including medical bills and repairs to the car. We are waiting for my husband to finish this physical therapy for a settlement. My question is since the driver also has personal insurance can we sue his insurance aslo? The accident happened in cincinnati, oh and we live in kentucky. thanks
