A resturant delievery car,In the state of Florida, pulled away from a curb and hit our pick-up.He was given a ticket. He's insuance company adjuster says that they won't consider the claim because he didn't notify them, they say he has two weeks. Then they say that he wasn't supposed to be using the car for delieveries so they could refuse to pay.I don't think I should have to use my insurance and ruin my record and have to pay a deductable. To me it is an open and shut case why should I be inconvenienced. What should I do?
