Auto accident

invovled in an accident in texas on 03/15/00. later found out that the other driver at fault had no insurance. she presented a false liability insurance card. now i'm having to take her to small claims court. the driver was not the owner of the car. which person should i file against. i have tried several times to negotiate this matter out of court. not successful. the damage was over 14,000 but my insurance company filed on her because my car was totaled. i did not have pip or uninsured motorist. so, now i'm filing for the remaining of the medical bill. please help.

My response:

Well, let's see . . .

She had no insurance, and you had very little coverage.

Then, you say, "Please help."

How ?

Shall we take up a collection for you ?

All because you didn't have the foresight to buy proper insurance coverage, probably because you didn't "think it could happen to you", you now find yourself in a pickle.

Don't judge until you get the entire story....

My response:

Wait until "I get the entire story" ?

Sorry, I don't "wait" for anyone. If you had more to say, then you should have stated it in your initial post. If you thought it was important, then you should have stated it in your initial post.

I don't play "20 Questions". I respond based upon what a writer says. Since you said no more than what was stated in your initial post, then you received the proper answer based upon the information given by you.
