Auto accident 99

What is the name of your state? AL
If you are still having prblms with repairs done to vehicle ie vibrating, shaking, alignment, can that fall back on insurance co (allstate) and what is the statute of limitations for a claim to go back to them for this

this claim theywere well aware of, we went to 3 different body shops, and they just were ready to do whatever to shut us up b/c they couldnt find the problem, and refused to keep looking until they could fix the prblm.

99 gmc sierra was 3 mths old, and the claim was against one of their own also so they were losing on both ends and I and the other driver were hurt so really lost money
