Auto Accident, dui, will insurance cover?

The other night I was in a car accident. I was driving alone to a
friends house when I lost control coming out of a turn, overcorrected and ended up hitting a tree. Now when the CHP showed up they gave me a breath test and the 3 beers I had drank earlier showed up, and I got a dui. As I am 20, it is a big problem. My car is totalled, is my insurance going to cover the damage?

Read your policy. And do not be surprised if you are denied coverage. And your policy will probably be cancelled too.

Why didnt you call one of your buds,or a cab, or just sack out on your friends couch?????????????
