I live in the State of Texas, Dallas County, I would like to know how to submit a bodily injury claim without an attorney. In this county there is a fee of thirty-three percent on settlement cases. I would like to know if filing a claim agaisnt the insurance company with the insurance commissioner will hurt my claim. I have been lied to and bullied by the insurance adjuster. He claim he got my demand package and documentation, therefore, he made me an offer. First I do not know how to submit a damand package.
