auto accident involving just my car

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
I was in an auto accident which no one else was involved in but my car, my tire blew out and caused my car to spin into trees, Do I have to take my car to whom my insurance company works with to get fixed? I would prefer to get it fixed by other companies not on their preferred listings,
My question is this, Will an adjuster come out and settle with me on this auto claim versus me going to get an estimate from the insurance companies auto shops. Your help is appreciated

Companies do things different, but you do not have to go to the shop they want to use. They may have you do an estimate and just have a desk review, they may make you get a few different estimates, or they may just send out an appraiser to write up an estimate and he can send it over to the shop of your choice.

It is possible though the one you want to use ends up being one of theirs.
