Auto Accident in Massachusetts

I was involved in an auto accident in Massachusetts where the other driver was drunk, driving on the wrong side of the highway and completely at fault. I had back and neck injuries and missed 2 weeks of college classes.

In his criminal case the court ordered him to pay restitution for $2500 and he never did so, what can I do to get this money from him?

Also, what is the civil statue of limitations for recovering for personal injury in Massachusetts and what are the guidelines?
