(Atlanta, GA)Over the weekend, my boyfriend and I were in an auto accident involving two other cars. The driver at fault was DRUNK with no license on him. The officer at the scene gave us the driver's insurance info, but when we called the company the other day, we found that his insurance had expired.
My boyfriend's car is totally ruined and it's not like we have thousands of dollars on hand to run out and buy him a new one. Also, both of us are suffering physically. Should we sue the other driver? How can we go about getting compensation?
