my daughter is of age..i bought her a car 2 yrs ago..still in my name..she had an accident...am i responsible..she did not have insurance coverage..

as the owner of the car you liable up to the statutory limits set by alabama. if your daughter has no assets, the other party or their insurance carrier can go after you.
