Auto Accident Out of State - Help!!!

What is the name of your state? Fl
fl my daughter (21 yrs old)came to visit xmas 01. she wanted to go back for new year's eve for a party but no way to get there as her return flight was later in the month. i loaned her a car to drive to ga. and she would return on Jan 6 and then catch her return flight back to ga later next week. she had an accident on jan 2, 02 in ga. no bodily injures just car damages for both. she decides to take to court. she goes to court and judge dismissed all charges and she paid nothing No one shows from other party or their ins co. my insurance delays paying for our repairs b/c they questioned everything about why she was not on policy. i was not aware i had to put her on policy if she was not living with me, did not drive my vehicles regularly, and live in another State. besides, i also provided notorized statements showing my mother had custody of her since 1994. i renew with another company during this as my renew date comes up and i feel my ins co is doing nothing for me. my ins co recinds my ins. back to date of inception citing misrep/fraud. now she receives a letter from the other ins co threatening to sue for what they paid their client. what should she do? does the No Fault law apply here?
