I was in a car accident almost 2 years ago and, my question is I have reviewed the paperwork from my insurance company (my former health insurance) and, according to the paperwork received from them the following amounts have been paid to date by the other party thats at fault insurance company.

The amounts that have been paid thus far are as follows:

$214.63 Revenue Recovery Analyst

$2,844.03 Revenue Recovery Analyst

$4406.11 Revenue Recovery Analyst

$4526.31 Revenue Recovery Analyst

How can the insurance company deny liability when they have already paid on my medical bills?

Forget aobut that paperwork. What happened in the accident, and what the heck are you talking about? What insurance company is denying liability?
