I would like to know if the state of Georgia is a no fault state.
I would also like to know if a person in georgia uses their personal vehicle as a cab service, are they required to carry non insured motorist coverage? And if they are involved in an accident where the other motorist's insurance was recently cancelled, will the cab drivers insurance cover his minor damage or will he have to contact a lawyer to have the uninsured motorist cover all of his damages?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

I don't know but maybe this might help you? I don't think Georgia is a no fault state.
