can you tell me if the manufacturer of a car is responsible if the wrong air bag went off and there was serious injury accured?
the drivers airbag did not go off and the passengers did. but the impact was diffently on the drivers side of the car. don't know enough about the laws or airbags to know if i should pursue this for the injuries to my face and chest. can you tell me where i would look for answers to these questions? thank you.
