I filed a comprehensive claim on my truck over a month ago and they still have not processed my claim and I have not gotten my check. The ajduster seems to be giving me the run-around. Is there a length of time they have to pay the claim.

What type of comp claim is it?

You will more than likely need to take the vehicle in and get it fixed. They won't just cut you a check.
