my husband and i separated and he has my car at his mothers, its in the back behind a locked fence. i have ask him for it several times and he comes up with excuses and reasons why i can't get it. he is just giving me a hard time. i need that car@@!!\
i have the title.....can i have it towed? if i do have it towed, there is another car infront of it that would need to be moved.
what is the best legal way that i should handle it?
what if he removes it before i or when i get there to tow, can i list it with the police as stolen? |
