What is the name of your state?Missouri

My husband works for a printing company. He has specified areas where he has to park (a map was provided upon his hiring). He parks where he is supposed to and has parked there everyday.

Yesterday he was hit by a semi-truck who was delivery paper to his place of employment. This truck totally took out my husband's front end of his truck. His employer said they were not responsible because no one saw what happened. Are we stuck turning it in to our insurance company and paying the deductible out of our pocket? What do we do?

We don't know what tractor trailer hit him. They have several tractor trailer companies coming in and out of his work daily (dropping off and picking up). Is his employer responsible at all?

Most likely not. The employer wasn't driving the truck, and most likely, was not directing the driver of the truck on where to go.

But if you don't know which trailer hit him, how do you know how the accident actually occurred?

Is there video surveillance of the lot? If not, you may be forced to fight the employer to disclose which companies made deliveries that day, then fight each company to see if they filed any accident reports from that day.
