What is the name of your state? Michigan
i was in an auto accident 2 1/2 years ago and have been disabled. my insurance ends in nov. But I am still and will continue for a while needing medical treatment for the injuries. Is the insurance company liable in anyway after the 3 years is up for my medical treatment.

More importantly... if you are on social security disability... what 'lost wages' do you have for the insurance company to pay??
