My son is 18 1/2 and is insured under my auto insurance policy, but he is not the primary owner of the vehicle. The insurance policy and vehicle are both under my name. If he were involved in an automobile accident and he was sued would they be able to take my property or would he be the only responsible one since he is an adult?
