auto insurance


What is the name of your state? alabama
Does alabama auto insurnce have the right to increase your rate because of an accident that was never even filed on insurance?

More clarity is needed. Was the accident that is being reference one in which you were involved in or was the car that was insured being driven by someone else ? Was it constitued at that time that you were at fault? Simply being part of an accident doesnt necessarily mean you were at fault. If damages were under a certain amount ( usually $900.00 or less) then rarely does an insurance have the right to increase. Check the guidelines written in your policy or that which you carried during the incident to gain
awareness on this matter.
