What is the name of your state? North Carolina

The bank made a mistake and said there with Unavailable funds in my account to pay my auto insurance. The company canceled my insurance.
Before the cancelation letter was recieved I made a payment in full to the insurance company and money has been deopsited in that company's account.
Do I have Covearge?
Is my bank liable?What is the name of your state?
