i was involved in an accident that was deemed to be not my fault. the insuance company is trying to use a previous claim, which was not repaired, to reduce the amount to my claim. with this new claim I can not get my truck fixed. to me it sounds like "bad faith", is there anything I can do to get the full amout of repairs. i am From bemidji minnesota

Bad Faith? I don't think so. They are not required to pay for previous damage. You should have gotten your car fixed after the 1st loss.
