Auto Insurance Settlement

Incident took place in NJ
-----------------------------
My CAR Details :- HONDA ACC' 04 MI-78K 4CYL.Auto Transmission

Mycar was parked in front of myhouse and someone hit 3 cars around 3.00 A.M on 12/28/08. I took my case to State Farms(Opp Party Insurance) and they estimated $8300 at my parking lot and said they cannot make decision becoz another 2 cars details or estimation did arrive(Liability is only 25K). Then I took to Progressive Insurance company(my insurance and got $500 Deductiable) and they estimated Total Loss. They are paying me $9425.00 (Base Line Value) and if I want to keep my car the value is $7281. I am not happy with the value they are giving. I checked NADA, KBB, EDUMUNDS and values are $11875,10,685,$10,875 respt. ( Clean Retail, Dealer Retail ) respectively. I did some searching over the internet for the same model which under 25 miles of radius and I have the price for 3 cars all are around $10,999 or more which includes Private Party and Dealer. If I want to buy the same model I need to Pay 7% Tax + $200 Documention charge + $registration fee. My Car was in Excellent condition , well maintained with Honda Servcing and all records maintained and all 4 Tires r new changed 6 months back.

My Insurance is forcing me to take the price $9425.00 and they said its non-negotiable. Take it or leave it. Actually I am trying to help from any lawyer from State insurance and get an idea from them.

Any suggestion or advice Please let me know.

Thanks
Jit
